Starting February 17th Recruiting Machine will require all users to log in to access anything in Recruiting Machine. This includes accessing resumes.
Why?
- We live in an age of identity theft.
- We store resumes. We wouldn’t leave stacks around the office.
- Candidate profiles have salary information that needs to be protected. We don’t want the wrong person to get that information.
- When a client is filling out a form, signing an agreement, providing feedback, answering a survey, etc – our audit logs have to be able to confirm with some level of certainty that it is indeed that expected contact.
