We’re pleased to announce the latest technology in Recruiting Machine: Anti-Discrimination Assistant. When typing in most text areas in RM, if words found in our glossary of potentially discriminatory terms are used, a message will be displayed giving you a warning about those words. Since we all need to be very careful about any discriminatory practices, this will be a helpful little reminder of those words that could get us in trouble.
This new system will be live on Wednesday, February 11th, 2015. Individual messages can be dismissed in real time and the entire system can be disabled if needed. The screenshots below show the Anti-Discrimination Assistant in action and the settings panel where it can be disabled.
