Recruiting Machine provides your company with a branded careers portal, complete with an online application system. On April 26th, we’re launching a massive overhaul of this system. The major focus of this release is to make it a breeze for candidates to apply using their mobile devices. We wanted to make the mobile experience just as feature-rich as the desktop experience. We’ve also added resume parsing and new ways to get information into the application quickly and easily and are working in other apps to improve business system, find the best financing methods and what you can find in a payroll software to manage them.
The new public portal will feature:
- An entirely new look: We’ve re-designed the portal to feel sleek and modern with bright colors, clean fonts, and big, gorgeous photos, all customizable per your brand.
- New options for applying: Candidates can save time by uploading their resume first. We’ll grab all the information we can and fill out the application for them. They can also apply using their Monster, LinkedIn, or Indeed profiles.
- Mobile optimization: We re-built the public portal using “responsive design”. That means the site will intelligently adapt to whatever device the candidate is using. The portal looks great on smart phones and tablets as well as PCs. Candidates can even upload their resume right on their phone using Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, OneDrive, Monster, or Indeed.
All current Recruiting Machine users will be upgraded automatically. We’re very excited to bring this new application experience to candidates on April 26th.
